Yes, you can cancel within 7 days at home. No payment required during this period; any charges must be refunded within 15 days of withdrawal.

Yes, door-to-door selling is very strictly regulated. Any solicitation operation at your home, your residence, or your workplace — even if you requested it — must be the subject of a written contract, a copy of which is given to you at the time of conclusion, with a detachable form to facilitate your withdrawal (art. 47). All copies must be signed and dated in your own hand (art. 47).

You have a period of seven days from the order or the purchase commitment to withdraw, by sending this detachable form by any means that provides proof of receipt (art. 49). Any clause by which you would waive this right is null and void (art. 49).

You pay nothing during this period. Before the expiry of the withdrawal period, no one may demand or obtain from you, directly or indirectly, any consideration, commitment, or service, in any form whatsoever (art. 50). Payment orders must not be executed before the end of the period and must be returned to you within fifteen days following your withdrawal (art. 50).

These provisions are a matter of public policy (art. 52).
